This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in the European Union. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, information is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data serves the secure operation and stability of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and is deleted after a short time.

4. Contact form and contact by e-mail

When you use the contact form or get in touch by e-mail, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, message and any uploaded files) is processed in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data is processed on servers in the EU; file uploads are scanned for malware before storage. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing.

5. Web analytics with Umami

For the statistical evaluation of website usage, the self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics software Umami is used. Umami works without cookies, without cross-site tracking and without creating personal user profiles; IP addresses are not stored in plain text. The evaluation takes place entirely on our own servers in the EU. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the needs-based design of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
